Nordic Running

 

Game or variant known as Nordic walking. Similarly, the use nitrogen Running.  The design technique is based on Nordic Walking. SSymmetrical model Mirrored and 1:1 (arms, legs). Permanent application is possible, but tiring.

A new motion technology Vorwerg technology) makes jogging and walking with sticks ("Stick" or "Pole"), an attractive running discipline. The name is based on the unit.

 

Through the combination of different elements of movement, it is possible to run with sticks balanced and relaxed, able to.

 

Relieve the burden of the arms and legs is, the short formula. For all those who exercise the arms while running and also want to be bothered, this is the ideal complement or alternative to Nordic Walking.

 

The new principle can be seamlessly as walking up to the use of running quicker.  This technique differs significantly from the functional principle of Nordic Walking and Nordic Running.

 

Also for mountain running and trail running in the new technology can be ideal to apply.

 

The relief of the legs by reinforcing elements in the movement of the sticks, is especially interesting for weaker runners or runners with higher weight. It is helpful here, through the actuation of the arms even at a lower rate reached a higher cardiovascular stress and that consequently slower and lower (legs) running is stressful. Especially during slow walking and jogging can be the stick-based Running relaxed and implement them effectively.

 

This is interesting for exercise and fitness, such as in the back school or in working with heart patients, whether Nordic Walking has been successfully worked out already is. Michael Vorwerg this technique originally own training in preparation for alpine tours designed for the mountain running and jogging on flat trails for alpine use of sticks to train the muscles to be able to. The further development and work-up included systematic methodology and didactics, general sporting, competition-oriented, health, applicability in other disciplines, such as Nordic walking and trail running.

 "Stick-Running" was the first time the WR 24-hour run at 20:06:10 in the Red Earth Stadium in Dortmund during a running event and tested for the health fair BODY & HEALTH from 07-10.10.2010 KletterMAX on the stand presents.

 

Courses and teaching material

The full course and training program for Fall / Winter revised and completed up to, even in the short term and basic introductory courses offered.

Interested groups, organizations and associations can be worked individually tailored programs or special events are offered.

The first treatise is in the works and a book in preparation.

 

Individual arrangements / individual training
Most of the courses will be agreed through individual agreements.
Here better take into account individual circumstances. ZIn addition, depending on a minimum number of plays, as in the advertised rates, not matter.

Fee rates:
